Position: Executive Officer

Location: In-Person - 175 George St. N, Peterborough, ON

Salary: $68,000 - $89,000, commensurate with experience

Type: Full-Time

PKHBA is seeking a full-time Executive Officer (EO) to lead day-to-day operations and support the Board of Directors and its committees. This is a senior operational role ideal for someone with experience in association management, non-profit leadership, or a similar environment. PKHBA is transitioning from a VEO-supported model to a dedicated EO role and is seeking a candidate who can provide stability, structure, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and administrative functions
• Support the Board and committees (meetings, materials, follow-up)
• Oversee membership administration and engagement
• Coordinate events, sponsorships, and partner relationships
• Liaise with the bookkeeper and Treasurer on financial reporting
• Work with OHBA and external stakeholders as required

Qualifications

• Experience in association or non-profit management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfort supporting volunteer boards and committees
• Event and sponsorship coordination experience an asset
