Peterborough and the Kawarthas Home Builders Association is proud to announce the finalists of the 22nd Annual Housing Design Awards for the 2024 season.

Finalists were chosen in over 30 different categories with over 120 entries from local businesses across the Peterborough and Kawartha Lakes region.

Winners in each category will be announced at the 22nd Annual Housing Design Awards Gala, held on April 24, 2025, at The Healthy Planet Arena Banquet Hall in Peterborough.

Association Awards 

The Jack Pierson President’s Award honours an individual who, during their lifetime, has made outstanding contributions of significance to our local homebuilding industry.

The David Horton Leadership Award honours an individual who has selflessly and with integrity volunteered their time in outstanding service to the industry and the Peterborough and the Kawartha’s Home Builders Association over the last year. It is open to a member who volunteered with PKHBA in the previous year.

The inaugural Trailblazer Award celebrates the achievements of a remarkable woman who has excelled in her field/place of employment, embraced new ideas, technologies or ways of working and demonstrated exceptional skill, dedication, and perseverance.
