The CHBA has updated details on Federal Employment Insurance (EI) programs that help employers stabilize workforce, retain skilled tradespeople, & support apprentices during training periods during the trade disputes between the US and Canada. EI programs help construction employers manage workforce fluctuations, support apprentices, and retain skilled tradespeople.
