Established in 1983, R & M Smith Contracting Limited offers an experienced, Residential Design and Construction management team that includes, Randy Smith, founder, and C.E.O. of the company. Randy brings over 40 years’ of carpentry & construction experience in the residential and commercial industry. He also served as President of the Peterborough & Kawartha Home Builders Association from 2011-2014.
