Four Points Construction was founded in 2013 by co-presidents, Tim Fosbery and Matthew Moore. Both have had extensive experience in building custom homes in their respected careers. They reside in Peterborough and are committed to building quality custom homes anywhere within the Kawartha Lakes area.
