Tarion is pleased to be joined by the Peterborough & the Kawarthas Home Builders' Association to present the Tarion 2023 Fall Builder Update.

Builder Updates are a great opportunity for you to learn more about what's been happening at Tarion, and to receive support and ask questions about any Tarion matters. You'll also be able to meet with Tarion staff one-on-one and network with other builders in your area.

This fall, we will begin our Builder Update session at 10:30am with our presentation, where we will review;

· The Customer Service Standard Changes (CSS) as of May 1, 2024

· How our Industry Relations Team can Support You

· The Top 5 Claims and claims stats for 2022

We also invite you to join us at 10:00am before our Builder Update begins, as we will be hosting "warranty clinics" where you will be able to speak to Tarion staff about specific processes, like the Delayed Closing process, the Application process, BuilderLink and VB Repair Agreements.
