Event details

Builder Updates are a great opportunity for you to learn about what's been happening at Tarion, ask questions and receive assistance on any Tarion-related matters. You'll also be able to meet with the Industry Relations Team and other Tarion staff one-on-one.

Please join us for our session where we will review:

  • What's Been Happening at Tarion, such as recent changes and updates that you need to know;
  • Updates on online supports such as Home Hub and Home Explorer;
  • Our Warranty Refresher, where we will talk about Tarion processes that can help with customer service, such as the Early Resolution process and Vendor/Builder Homeowner Repair Agreements; and
  • The Claim Stats for 2024;
