Tarion is pleased to be joined by the Durham Region Home Builders' Association and the Peterborough & Kawarthas Home Builder Association to present the Tarion 2023 Spring Builder Update

We are pleased to come to your community to present the 2023 Spring Builder Update. Builder Updates are a great opportunity for you to learn more about our processes and what's been happening at Tarion, receive support and education on our processes and to participate in a Q & A discussion. You'll also be able to meet with Tarion staff one-on-one and network with other builders in your area. HCRA staff will also be in attendance.

We will begin our session with our presentation where we will review;

• Warranty Refresher
• What's Costing You Time and Money
• Q & A and Discussion Period

After our presentation, we will open up the floor to general questions and discussion.
