Code New update: Ontario Regulation 163/24 adopted a new Building Code for Ontario, which came into effect on January 1, 2025 and was made under the Building Code Act, 1992 by the Ontario Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing on April 9, 2024.

Ontario Regulation 447/24 amended Ontario Regulation 203/24 to adopt the the new Building Code for Ontario, consists of the following TWO documents:
